CDs are free to you, delivery and all, when purchasing and accepting specified artwork.
(Go to music gallery 1 and 2, where the offer is clearly displayed on the selected pieces).
Free CDs will be sent out seperately from the canvas artwork.
We will email you for confirmation that you have received the canvas in good condition and that you are happy with the purchase. On confirmation, your CD will then be dispatched by Royal Mail.
CDs will generally arrive with you 7-14 days after delivery of the canvas, depending on availability and confirmation. We will notify you when we have an expected delivery date for the CD.
* We cannot accept an exchange or refund for any free CD.
** The CD will be the album shown. In rare cases the cover artwork may differ from that shown (only when the artist has more than one cover avaiable for that CD album)
*** In the case of Kylie 'X', please note the release date is 26/11/76. Where necessary and possible, we will pre-order the CD for you (following the normal procedure above). In the case of Radiohead's 'In Rainbows', the shipping date for these as given on the official site is "on or before 3rd December 2007"
**** Offer applies to any size canvas shown, except for Thom Yorke, where the offer applies to the 130 x 130 cm canvas only.
***** CDs will be dispatched from a major online company (or direct from the radiohead site in one case). We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged CDs, or delayed dispatch and delivery times. Should there be a rare circumstance where a problem occurs, we will keep our receipt of purchase to attempt to help resolve issues where possible, but the liability will remain with the dispatchers. (We will email you with a dispatch and delivery date. Any problems must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery/expected delivery date we give you).
