Can I have any size canvas?

We have standard sizes listed for each pop art canvas. Bespoke sizes can be quoted for, simply tell us what size you require and we'll provide you with a quote asap.

My favourite icon is not listed, can I commission a piece?

Planet Pop Art can provide a commission service. In the past we have produced commissions of music and film stars as well as cars, sporting legends, politicians and animals. If you contact us here, we will send you full details.

Can I have a different background colour or background on one of your pop art canvases?

Yes, we can change background colours, add distressed or patterned background. We can change colour schemes on faces. We can also add hand finished touches such as glitter or painted brush strokes. Prices start from as low as £5 for a new background colour – other services will be quoted according to your requirements. Once again, emailing us is best, or phone for details.

How do I pay?

We use PayPal which accepts most major cards (you don’t need to be a registered member to use this service). PayPal serves some of the leading brands and shops in the UK and around the world, including Harrods, Starbucks and Boots to name just a few. We can also accept cheques or we can give you details for a bank transfer. We do need to wait for payment to clear before we can go ahead with any service.

Can I have a rolled canvas?

Should you wish to order an un-stretched canvas, we can provide a rolled canvas ready for stretching or framing. Contact us for details.

How do you ship within the UK?

For most of the UK, the service will be by next day courier service. Rolled canvases may be sent either via courier or by Royal Mail Special Delivery – a next day signed for service. Shipping within the UK is FREE :)

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. We offer great rates for overseas shipping. Choose international rates at the shopping cart. If your region is not listed, contact us before purchasing and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact popart@planetpopart.com, marking your email subject ‘return/exchange’ and we will deal with your request. Artwork will need to be unused in its original condition. In most cases the customer, will be responsible for all courier costs incurred. Commissioned, bespoke or personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange due to the personal nature of the product.
